REFILLS
Volume Sets:

• 1 Week Refill - 45mins- When you still have 90% or more volume lashes on your natural lashes (Up to 9 days)
• 2 Weeks Refill - 60mins - When you still have 80% or more volume lashes on your natural lashes (10-17 days)
• 3 Weeks Refill - 90mins - When you only have 60% volume lashes on your natural lashes (18-24 days)
• 4 Weeks Refill - 120-150mins - When you only have 40% volume lashes on your natural lashes (25-31 days)

Mini Sets:

• No Refills- 120mins- If you just want to try out Volume extensions this is perfect for you.

Other Information:

• Everyone has different lash cycle, lifestyle, and maintenance, so please try to book your refills accordingly.
• Foreign fills will have to be checked first. If it is damaged or clustered together, a removal and a full set is required
• No Refills after 4 weeks or less than 30% left. It will be considered a Full set.

Booking Policies:

• Arrival: Please remove all eye makeup with an oil-free remover or mild soap prior to your appointment. Please do not put on make up or anything when you come in. Best to shower before coming in. Please don't drink any caffeinated drinks 3 hours before your appointment
• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 mins late, you will be rescheduled and be charged 50% of the service chosen.

Cancellation Policy: 

• Notify me 24 hours prior to your appointment. 
• A 50% fee will be charged to your credit card on file if you notify me less than 24 hours to your appointment. 
• No calls/No shows will be billed 100% of the amount of the service chosen.

Refund: I offer no refunds for services. If you are not satisfied with your lash extensions, I offer free removal.
